I had the most amazing experience with A1. They communicated well before my surgery and after. My nurse, Jessica was absolutely amazing. She was attentive, caring, patient and professional. My night nurse Melaine was just as amazing. She was sweet, caring and knowledgeable. I am very grateful for their help through my healing process. The owner, Arlene was so kind and attentive as well and made me feel cared for. If you think of getting your body done, invest in your aftercare with A1!

A1 Body Concierge is truly a GODSEND! 🙌 Mrs. Sharon (my sweet Jamaican mom as I called her) took the BEST care of me for 8 days straight after my BBL, Lipo360, extended tummy tuck with muscle repair, and fat transfer to breasts. I honestly wouldn’t be where I am in my recovery without her. From feeding me, to bathing me, to making sure I was comfortable every single step of the way - she cared for me as if I was her own child. ❤️
From the very beginning, this team went above and beyond. Arlene met me at my hotel right after arrival to give me an IV that made me feel so much better. Kat has been nothing short of AMAZING - patiently answering my 990 questions and making sure I felt fully supported.

I appreciate the great service I experienced with A1Body Concierge for my procedure recovery. Arlene was professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. The team of nurses stood by waiting for most of the day as my surgery time changed from early morning to late afternoon, providing a seamless experience. The team picked up my prescriptions and had them ready at our apartment as soon as surgery was over. Arlene is 5 stars . She has a very professional team. I highly recommend.

This is my second experience with A1, and once again, they have been fantastic! The first time, I was attended to by Patricia, Zakarriyah, and Karolina. This time, I had the pleasure of working with the wonderful Mrs. Sharon, Jessie, and Keira.
Arlene also came by to handle my IV. Every single person who cared for me was exceptional and truly skilled in their roles. Although I requested the same team as my first visit, those CNAs were unavailable as they were pursuing further education, which I wholeheartedly support!
Once again, I was able to recover swiftly and safely with A1 Body. They are absolutely essential when undergoing cosmetic surgery. Having someone experienced in that environment to monitor your recovery is incredibly important.
I have been recommending them to all my clients here in NY. If you’re reading this review, don’t hesitate—IT’S A MUST! You won’t regret it. While we always seek outstanding results, it’s equally important to ensure a healthy recovery so we can fully enjoy our new bodies.

I highly recommend A1 Body!!! 1000/10 experience. Everyone was so nice, overly helpful and caring. I booked them for post op care and IV hydration for 1 day but I wish I would’ve booked them for my entire 4 day stay. Arlene and Jessica were the best! Having them during your recovery process really will make everything go smoother. Pleaseee book with them! Do not think you can do it on your own or have your family solely care for you. They are professionals! They are experienced! Your post op care is important and the process is hard. A1 Body makes it easier for you! I will definitely be booking with them for my next surgery.

I think Arlene pulled a lot of strings for me to make sure the medications were available at such a late hour.
Mrs. Sharon is very much appreciated for her teachings on the importance of hydration and proper nutrition during the healing process. She suggested what foods to eat, brought delicious soup, and a chicken bowl for me. She helped me to breathe properly, taking deep breaths, as I had difficulty breathing from being intubated during the procedure.
I highly recommend A1 Body Concierge for all of your recovery needs.
