Karen was AMAZING! She cared for me like my own doctor, nurse, family, friend, etc. She was efficient, attentive, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and helped in the most major ways like cleanliness, nutrition, safety, monitoring my vitals etc. She knew even little tricks that made the experience so much better. You could really tell that she cared and I am so thankful to her. She went out of her way and above and beyond and if all the nurses at a1 Body Concierge are like this, I 100% recommend. Family is great but I’ve had surgeries before and trust me, the first 2 days are better with a nurse. There is just some things that your family might not be educated on. Recently needed a nurse for surgery recovery care, And I am so happy I picked A1. First of all, from the moment you have a discovery, call with them to discuss packages and exactly what they offer, they take the time to actually answer one of your questions and do not make you feel rushed to decide anything until you are comfortable. That’s something different from 90% of other companies I spoke to in Miami. Also, they provide you a thorough list of things to bring, as my surgical clinic was pretty terrible as far as communication and did not inform me of anything at all. My surgeon was great, but the clinic really sucked as far as communication customer service, and I could not have had a more opposite experience with A1 which was a saving grace and made me feel prepared for what I was about to do. And if I ever had any questions about supplies, there is an open chat that you could communicate with them 24/7 which was a great touch. Regarding care, I had the pleasure of having Linda as my day nurse and Idaly as my overnight nurse . Linda was exceptional, when I got out of surgery, of course I felt weak and nauseous from anesthesia , had so much pain for the first 4.5 hours and obviously trauma of going through surgery. Not knowing exactly what to expect since I’ve never hired someone for care, I nor my partner who traveled with me never once felt any doubt in her abilities to keep me safe and healthy. I never once passed out even though there were a good handful of times I could have but she didn’t let me, she talked me through it and forced  me to stay hydrated even if she had to come bedside and make me sip through a straw . She was such a cheerleader who gave me strength and really knows what the heck she is doing. It was phenomenal to see her take me from such a vulnerable state the first day to then leaving me and my partner who would take over all the care (which is a big plate of administering medicines , faja 101, dressings, etc) feeling confident to continue our care once she was gone by day 3. She is extremely thoughtful, smart, kind, and just so easy to talk to. My overnight nurse Idaly was excellent , She was extremely down to earth and was always on top of everything that you would want to feel comfortable so you can rest after surgery where there could be complications especially the first overnight . I rested peacefully knowing that you have someone there truly that cares and is on top of things.  Thank you to A1, If I ever need care again, I will no doubt be rebooking. The administration, nurses and even CEO herself who had actually answered a few questions herself (I was pleasantly suprised she took the time out of her day to do so herself when she has a fully equipped staff to do so),  all phenomenal and you can tell that they truly take pride and what they do. Couldn’t have done this without you! It was a pleasure doing business and every penny spent was absolutely worth it. Had a big combo surgery (lipo all over, tummy tuck, and bbl) and Mara was with me this last almost week…. Let me tell you this girl is AMAZING. I literally don’t know what I would have done without her. From helping me with my bandages and wraps and faja, to helping me eat and get stuff I need, helping me shower & walk, and even just laughing or helping me calm down when I cried, plus so much more, I just appreciate her so much. This girl is made for the medical field and is a top notch caregiver. A1 Body Concierge was the absolute best!!! All services were amazing and the attention to detail was incredible. Linda took such great care of me it felt like family! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I traveled to Miami alone for my tummy tuck, Lipo 360 and BBL, and choosing A1 Body Concierge was one of the BEST decisions I made. I’m incredibly grateful for the entire A1 team, but especially Arlene and Johnie. ❤️ Arlene made sure everything was handled and that I was in good hands, and Johnie took care of me during my most vulnerable moments with so much patience, kindness and compassion. She helped me with EVERYTHING and never once made me feel uncomfortable or like a burden. Those first few days after surgery are NO JOKE, and I genuinely don’t know what I would’ve done without them. I came to Miami alone, but A1 made sure I never felt alone. 🥹❤️ If you’re coming to Miami for surgery, especially by yourself, DO NOT sleep on A1 Body Concierge. Incredible,  I can not say enough good things about A1!! truely beyond expectations! My time with A1 Concierge has come to an end today, and while it's bittersweet, I truly cannot imagine getting through the hardest part of my recovery without this incredible team. My day nurse, Mara, was nothing short of an angel. She was unbelievably patient with my stubborn self, never once making me feel like a burden. She took her time caring for me in every aspect of my recovery, always making sure I was comfortable, safe, and healing properly. Beyond her exceptional nursing care, she became someone I genuinely looked forward to seeing every day. Our conversations, laughter, and the way she listened made such a difficult time so much easier. She wasn't just my nurse—she became my sounding board, my encourager, and a huge part of my healing journey. Arlene, the owner of A1 Concierge, is one of the most beautiful souls I've ever met. The moment she walks into a room, she lights it up. She has this incredible energy and calming presence that instantly makes you feel safe, seen, and genuinely cared for. You can tell this isn't just a business to her—it's her calling. She was truly born to care for people, and her compassion shines through in everything she does. She has a rare gift for making people feel loved during one of their most vulnerable moments. My night nurse, Natasha, was equally amazing. She was so kind, patient, gentle, and attentive. Knowing she was there overnight gave me such peace of mind. Her warmth and caring spirit made all the difference. Although I never had the chance to meet Melanie because my surgery ran longer than expected, she thoughtfully prepared my recovery room before I arrived. Walking into such a clean, organized, and welcoming space meant more than she probably realizes, and I'm incredibly grateful for the care she put into making sure everything was ready for me. From beginning to end, A1 Concierge exceeded every expectation I had. They didn't just provide nursing care—they provided comfort, compassion, encouragement, dignity, and love. Recovery can be physically and emotionally overwhelming, but this team made me feel supported every step of the way. If I could give A1 Concierge a billion stars, I absolutely would. They are truly God-sent, and I will forever be grateful for the role they played in my recovery. The nurse Melanie is phenomenal. She has gone over, and beyond expectations. She knows how to make you feel comfortable ,and she pushes you to do the right thing far as healing process. She is amazing 👏🏽 🤩 Ms Arlene the owner. Great bedside manners. Your team help out a great deal with my recovery. I truly 100% recommend them if you need help with your surgery recovery. The best decision I ever made was to hire A1Body for my post-op care. The only thing I regret is not booking the 5 day package!!! I booked the Luxe package and it was phenomenal! The care, support, genuine love and attention was Above and Beyond!! I definitely recommend getting the 5 day package! LADIES LISTEN!! I can’t advocate this enough:: If there’s one thing you take away from my review is remember this:: Your health; your life means everything right?! So Do Not cheat yourself and go without this service. I have built such an amazing bond with these ladies that I’m actually sad our time together ended. They have left such a huge impact in my life - l will never forget how good they treated me. From start to finish- preparing my room, picking me up from surgery and the entire aftercare process was FLAWLESS!! These ladies are true professionals and love what they do! Post-op care from PROFESSIONALS is an absolute necessity!
