A1Body Concierge is proudly operated and owned by a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with a background in surgical intensive care nursing, licensed by the state of Florida. All of our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) are also licensed in the state of Florida. Every team member is trained and up-to-date as of 2025 in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS), ensuring the highest standard of post-operative care.

All payments are securely processed through our scheduling platform, Acuity, using Square. Square accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other digital wallets.

We also offer CareCredit financing for clients who prefer flexible payment options.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot, and the remaining balance is due one week prior to your surgery date.

Services can be rescheduled with at least 14 days’ notice from your original or updated surgery date.

1. Deposits and Payments
All deposits made to A1Body Concierge are strictly non-refundable and are required to confirm and secure your scheduled services. The remaining balance for services must be paid in full no later than seven (7) days prior to the client’s scheduled surgery date. Once payment has been made in full, it is deemed non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation, barring the exceptions listed below.

Clients are permitted to reschedule services with a minimum of fourteen (14) days' notice from the original or updated surgery date. Requests to reschedule made within this 14-day window are subject to approval and availability and may incur a rescheduling fee.

2. Surgeon Cancellations and Reschedules
In the event that the client’s surgeon cancels or reschedules the surgery, A1Body Concierge will honor a credit for the total amount paid, provided the client submits official written documentation of the cancellation or change directly from the surgeon or surgical facility.

Said credit will remain valid for a period of six (6) months from the date of the original scheduled surgery and may be applied toward rescheduled services. No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including cancellations initiated by the surgical provider.
