Refund Policy

A1Body Concierge Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Thank you for choosing A1Body Concierge. Our team reserves time, staffing, and resources specifically for each client. Please review the following policy carefully, as it applies to all bookings.

Deposit & Payment Schedule

• A $250 deposit is required to book and reserve post-operative care.
• The $250 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
• The deposit is applied toward your total balance.
• The remaining balance is due one (1) week prior to the scheduled surgery date.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

If you cancel or reschedule your post-operative services for any reason, including personal, medical, or surgeon-related reasons, the following policies apply.

Deposit Policy

• The $250 deposit is non-refundable in all cases, including medical reasons, pregnancy, hemoglobin issues, or surgeon cancellation.
• The deposit secures administrative work, staffing, and reserved time.

Rescheduling Guidelines

Clients who need to reschedule services may do so based on the notice provided:

• 21 or more days’ notice:
No rescheduling fee. The $250 deposit transfers to the new scheduled date.

• 14–21 days’ notice:
A $100 rescheduling fee will be retained from the deposit. The remaining deposit balance transfers to the new scheduled date.

• Less than 14 days’ notice:
A 50% rescheduling fee applies due to staffing and reserved time. A new $125 deposit is required to secure a new date.

Medical & Day-of Surgery Cancellation Policy

If a client has paid the full balance one (1) week prior to service and the surgery is canceled within fourteen (14) days of surgery or on the day of surgery due to medical reasons — including but not limited to pregnancy, hemoglobin levels, or surgeon-related decisions — the following applies:

• The $250 deposit remains non-refundable.
• No full refunds will be issued due to staffing, reserved time, and operational costs already incurred.
• Clients may reschedule their post-operative services to a future date without penalty, subject to availability.
• If the client chooses to cancel instead of rescheduling, a 25% refund of the total amount paid (excluding the non-refundable deposit) will be issued.

Cancellation After Full Payment (Non-Medical)

If services are canceled after full payment has been made for non-medical reasons, any refund beyond the non-refundable deposit will be reviewed based on timing, staffing commitments, and services scheduled. Refunds are not guaranteed.

Final Notes

• All rescheduling is subject to availability.
• A1Body Concierge reserves the right to enforce this policy consistently to ensure quality care and staffing availability for all clients.
