Their level of professionalism and care went above and beyond anything I could have expected. If you’re having surgery, I 100% recommend these ladies. You absolutely should not attempt your post-op care without them; it’s simply impossible! Linda, in particular, was a true blessing as my nurse. She was there for me every step of the way, and I genuinely felt like I had a walking angel by my side. Arlene and Linda are the dynamic duo you want at your service! I highly recommend A1BodyConcierge's private care services as they offer personalized support and care, including assistance with bathing, meal preparation, and ensuring mobility, all of which were instrumental in my successful recovery for which I got a tummy tuck and lipo. I know for a fact having a big surgery of any kind you need one on one private care because that allows you that direct attention you need when you may get emotional their there to support you. I came alone and felt like I left with new family members. Ms Sharon been with me from the first day and I had 24/7 care so I had Jessie and Linda in between the two shifts when I say all the staff are just as amazing as the owner that is exactly what I mean. Ms Sharon gave me her true and genuine care 🥹🥹 when I cried in pain on the first day she never left my side. Overnight care was exceptionally a blessing and having this surgery with recovering with A1body IS THE BEST hands down. Again I really thank everyone from the boss literally bending over backwards for me to ensure my well-being was successful. Jay Benjamin2024-08-25A1Body Concierge was a God send. I traveled down from NC to Miami alone to get a drainless tummy tuck. A family member bailed on me a few days before it was time to go down so I started checking out the reviews for the best recovery house. Unfortunately there was so many with negative reviews that I gave up and tried the route for a private mobile nurse to come to my hotel. I ran across A1Body Concierge, their reviews were excellent across the board. I called and left a message, they got back to me immediately. I booked the Platinum Package but wished I had booked the Luxe Package after I got my surgery done. The staff Arlene, Laura, and Kat were amazing! They had medical transportation to pick me up and take me back to my hotel. When I got back to my room they had already been in and set it up. They spent 12 hours with me the first two days and 8 hours the third day. They were so caring, I immediately felt at ease with them. I had read about so many scams happening in Miami with recovery houses and private nurse that I was really afraid that they might not show up but they did 💯 percent of the time. I was so grateful for them. I cannot express enough in this review how appreciative I was to have them. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants private personal nursing after surgery. The cost is very reasonable. The cost of my hotel (Residence Inn Doral Mall) and the services of A1Body Concierge together were less than the cost of the recovery houses that I checked out. I would recommend getting the Luxe package if it fits in your budget you will be happy you did. Google them and checkout their website, it’s a better alternative to a Recovery House.

Stacy Kemunto2024-08-12By far the best team to book with after any form of procedure… I booked a smaller package due to the fact that I did have family around to help… even after my service was over Arlene checked on me and was there to answer any questions if need be… after undergoing any form of surgery the main thing is being catered to by individuals who are compassionate and handle you with care… I felt like her team treated me more like family than just another patient.

Let me start off by saying arlene herself is a very personable, honest, hard working person you will ever meet. And her whole company represent exactly that. This was my first time ever getting surgery, so I wanted the 5 day package, arlene proceed to ask me what I was getting done, once she knew what I was getting done she was upfront and told me nope the 5 day package is not for me and the 3 day would be better suited for me, which honestly a lot of people out there wouldn't even think twice about charging me more money. But she wasn't like that at all, she was honest about what I would need and how many days I would needed. And from the jump from pre-op to them checking in on me to the very fist time the bus picked me up and I saw my first nurse Patrica, and oh my god I love Patrica she was amazing, she was so kind and so nurturing towards me every time she was there (even though most of her staff was like that but I spent more time with her) she literally went above and beyond for me without even asking me, before I could think of something I needed help with she was already 20 steps ahead. And arlene came on the first day right after surgery and hooked me up with the IV. and let me tell you first day was BRUTAL for me but without Patrica and arlene I wouldn't have made it through. Even my husband was SUPER impressed with arlene and her staff. And the information they were providing me so that I can recover fast and healthy was much appreciated. even after surgery, and finally the days where the nurses shifts ended and I flew back to my state, arlene is still helping me and answering all the questions and concerns I have! She def showed that she wasn't the type that once her services were no longer needed, that was when all communication ended. Nope, she continues to help me and answer all questions I have. Dont second guess about using her and her company. AND ASK FOR PATRICA I absolutely adore her and how much time me and my husband spent with her. but all the nurses we had were just as amazing. you won't regret using her services! for beginners like me or even if this wasn't your first surgery, arlene and her team will accommodate every patient needs ! thank you arlene, Patrica, zakarriyah and Karolina! Every nurse had a different feel to them and all of them were amazing!
