Q: What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards. Every client MUST fill out our credit card authorization form and provide us with a copy of their drivers license or ID.Deposits are made through our website. After we've received your deposit, you will get an automated email with an invoice of the total balance of your preferred care package. The total balance must be paid seven days before receiving service.

Q: What Is Your Refund Policy?

A nonrefundable deposit of $250.00 is required to book your Post-op care. If the Client has paid for or any part of a planned service and the scheduled procedure is cancelled by the surgeon, the Post-op care will be rescheduled to the new Surgery date.

My experience with Arlene and her team was exceptional! I literally have 0 complaints. She did way more than I could ever imagine! I was skeptical about having a private nurse at first because I’m use to just going to a recovery home, but let me tell you ARLENE!!!!! Can’t not one recovery home compete. Lol she made me feel so comfortable and most importantly there for every need. She literally went above and beyond! If you looking to find the best care look no further!! Arlene the truth!!! ❤️

If you are getting any type of surgery you need to book A1 Body! My experience was top of the line. From the moment I arrived at the airport, their staff was there to greet me and accommodate me immediately. Someone was with me along my whole journey making sure I was comfortable and that all my needs were met. I was worried at first but I am so glad I found them because having them there really put my mind at ease after my surgery. Trust me, you won't regret it.

If it was possible to give 10 stars I absolutely would! The A1 Body staff is amazing! I was very nervous for how much pain I would be in after my surgery, but the nerves quickly went away with the quality of care I received. Everyone was patient and professional from the moment I was picked up until the last day of my stay. I felt as if I was being taken care of by my own family members. The owner, Arlene, was very present and helped me with all my needs and concerns. The nurses were sweethearts and just so gentle. The entire staff made it very easy to get through any discomfort I had due to the surgery. Even after my post-op care was done and I was back home in New York, Arlene would still check in with me to see how I was doing and give me advice on different things to do as far as after-care. I will be referring all of my friends/family to A1 Body.

I really had a great experience with the team and would definitely recommend anyone to book with them. The staff was very attentive to my needs, all supplies was new and clean and they answered all my questions. Even after my experience with them they continued to follow up with me to make sure I was okay. After my procedure my nurse gave me IV fluids while my aide did my vitals and helped me get comfortable in the bed. They had my dinner and medications available when I woke up so I didn’t have any break through pain. I don’t know how I would have done my recovery process without them. I will be booking again for my next procedure!!!

Coming from out of town for my surgery was scary but the staff at A1 Body was there every step of the way to put me at ease. From transportation to meals to massages, they made everything so easy so that I could put all my focus into my recovery. They were quick to respond before my surgery date with any questions that came up on what to expect. I am thinking of having more work done in the future and know exactly who to call for all my needs. I would definitely recommend their services for anyone who is ready to take that next step towards their own A1 body. I am so happy with my results and couldn’t have done this without them!

What Are Your Staff's Credentials?

A1Body Concierge is operated and owned by a surgical intensive care unit registered nurse that is licensed by the state of Florida. All of our Certified nursing assistants are licensed by the state of Florida. Additionally, everyone is trained in Advanced cardiac life support and basic life support.

At this time, we do not accept health insurance.

Do You Offer Transportation Services?

We work with a third-party transportation service that specializes in non-medical post-operative transportation. Please make sure to communicate prior to booking, and we will add the service to your package.

What Covid Precautions Does Your Staff Take?

All staff members are covid tested biweekly to prevent any contagious spread of the COVID-19 virus. Every patient and employee must complete a daily mandatory Covid -19 screening.
